Special Event Coordinator

Our event coordinators work with clients at all phases of the sales cycle to provide an experience that is unmatched in the industry. We’re known for our unique approach to delivering the Art of Hospitality, which is infused in everything we do at HORIZONS and contributes to both satisfied (and repeat) customers and the strength of our team. Many of our core team members have been with us for 10 years or more.
The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service above all. You should also be highly organized and comfortable providing direction to hospitality staff. You are responsive and act with urgency … but calm as a cucumber under pressure. (Think Jennifer Lopez in “The Wedding Planner.”) A love for people and creating impeccable, memorable events is a must. Experience planning and managing events of all sizes is a plus.
This role may appeal to and is well suited for someone at any stage of their career with relevant work experience. It may also be a dream job for a seasoned professional who happens to excel at hospitality and is looking for an intriguing career change. An associate’s degree is preferred but not required. Life experience is highly valued.
HORIZONS offers a competitive benefits package and the salary range for this position is commensurate with experience. This is a high earning potential role.

Banquet Server & Bartender
We are looking for the very best servers and bartenders to join the HORIZONS Banquet Service team. Our ideal candidates will have a passion for great service, be friendly and able to work weekends and evenings. The candidate will enjoy assisting others and working in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $15/hour.
Service is key at HORIZONS! You will be part of an award-winning team, providing our guests the ultimate HORIZONS experience through hospitality, excellent service, superior presentation and outstanding quality.
Our servers and bartenders are the face of HORIZONS with our guests during some of the most important and memorable moments in their lives. You are encouraged to apply if you:
