COVID-19 Refund Policy & Updates

All deposits will be totally refundable or applied to a future date should the State Mandated COVID -19 restrictions prohibit us to host the event.

Providing a safe environment for our clients, guests and employees is our top priority. We are continually updating our best practices to provide and maintain a safe and healthy facility. HORIZONS continues to follow the precautionary guidelines of the CDC and other public health organizations, which include:

  • Increased signage outlining advisable precautions
    (e.g. frequent handwashing, safety recommendations, etc.)
  • Regular cleaning of high touch, and high traffic areas such as entry ways, door handles with CDC recommended products
  • Regular cleaning and sanitizing of facility public spaces and restrooms.
  • Adding hand sanitizer stations at various locations throughout the facility.

Miranda is always exceptional. We heavily relied on her experience to decide what and how much to order. Our banquet manager, Steve, was excellent. He knew we were worried about the food lasting through the night because we had no idea how many people to expect. He kept checking in with a thumbs up so we knew it was still ok.
I apologize that I did not remember their names, but I will give you their job. Doorman was AWESOME! Receptionist in the office was helpful. Gal(middle aged dark blonde hair above shoulder) who watched the bar line and took our guests to the neighboring bar. Young gal with pony tail opened courtyard door when my hands were full without me asking.
I cannot say enough great things about Andrea. She was prompt, thorough, friendly, and took a lot of stress off of my plate. Steve was our event manager, was awesome. Always available and very nice. Finally, the maintenance guy, Steve, showed up and saved the day because we had some leaking issues in the bridal suite! We received so many awesome compliments from my guests about the staff at the horizons to the decor to the lighting. My day was everything that I wanted it to be and all of the credit goes to the Horizons. Thank you for making my special day a reality.
EVERYONE our staff interacted with was friendly and helpful! There were moments where the line for the bar was a bit backed up, but Horizons employees addressed the issue. We love having our events at Horizons because of your employees!
